The absolute best experience! I received a 90 min massage as a Christmas gift, I had never been to this location before and didn’t know what to expect.
As soon as I walked in, I was relaxed. Beautiful, soothing atmosphere.
The girl at the desk was welcoming and kind and Cassie came out to greet me .
She is an amazing, knowledgeable Young woman .
She consults with you prior to see your preferences and problem areas and makes you feel completely at ease.
Afterwards, she answered my questions and explained techniques and solutions to issues I was having with great enthusiasm and knowledge. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate about helping people.
Thank you all for a great beginning to end experience, this was the best massage of my life!

Excellent studio to learn yoga! Atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the staff is wonderful. Yoga instructor is top notch and the massage was one of the best I've had in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking to practice or try something new!

The staff are well trained and professional. I have personally benefited from Cassie's massages. And the wisdom and knowledge of the instructors cannot be matched elsewhere. You will receive far more benefits than you came seeking.
