The office in Scranton is often very busy and although the counter staff may not always be very friendly when they are juggling phone calls and other patients - the doctor is always extremely personable and kind. She does not rush through appointments, answers questions, and always listens to concerns. Dr. Bigus-Coslett is an amazing doctor, and you can tell she is in the right profession.”

It's usually way faster. Early mornings are very busy because they only do drug screenings until a certain time AND you have a lot of people who have to fast and so they want to get their testing done so they can go eat!”
