  My husband and I were returning to NJ on Sunday 6/23/19. We made a stop at Krispy Kreme Donuts in Clarks Summit, PA. When we returned, our car would not start. We realized Monro Auto Service was open so we walked there for some assistance. The store manager Brian Fowler was working that day.
  
  Brian made a suggestion to help us get our car started again. The suggestion worked. We then drove our car to Monro Auto Service so Brian could make sure we would be able to return to NJ without any additional car issues. We offered money to Brian, although he refused.
  
  Brian was so helpful, pleasant, and professional. We feel he went above and beyond to assist us with our car problem. We are very grateful for all Brian did for us.

  Manager Brian Fowler is a miracle worker. My wife, six kids and I were stranded and broken down and feared the worst with time and cost BUT.....to our great surprise we didn't need a HOTEL room and received honest and fast service. I would recommend this team to anyone anytime for the best and most honest service possible. THANK YOU and continued success.

  I was driving thru PA when I ran into some car trouble. I called them up and they did everything to get me back of the road as quickly and safely as possible. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great service, I truly appreciate it!

  I took my car for an inspection and was treated very professionally. Brian Fowler the manager helped me with any questions that I had and fit me into the schedule for maintenance very quickly. My husband also had work done on his jeep and was treated very professionally. Brian is extremely friendly and professional,I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this Monro location!

  I’ve been very happy with my experience at Monro. I think the techs do a great job, its easy and fast to get in for basic maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. They do a basic checkup on your whole vehicle and let you know what possible issues your vehicle may have and they don’t pull any high pressure salesman tactics to try and get you to get the work done there. Just let you know the issue and will give you a quote if your interested. I like that and will continue to bring my vehicles in for maintenance.
