“RM Sides offers excellent rental agreements and stand by their maintenance agreements. Our son thought his trumpet case was closed and picked it up and damaged the valve area. They repaired it with the maintenance warranty and even took a little dent out of the valve. The rental cost also goes to the purchase of the instrument. The staff is also very knowledgeable and thorough. I have still have one son that will be band age in a couple of years and will be using RM Sides if he is interested in playing. Wish I knew of RM Sides when my oldest was still in school.”
