He is interesting and runs a tight ship. He is fair but tough in the way he handles his business. The pay is competitive for the area. Their insurance is constantly changing so I can't speak on that behalf. It's usually also competitive for the local businesses. I guess it's all in what you are looking for in a career. Put it this way it pays the bills and nothing else.”
