“He's an incredible doctor but needs to fire his staff up front. They're the most rude and ignorant people I've ever had to deal with. You can't call past 3 because they just turn the phones off and stop dealing with calls. Even when you call before then you usually have to leave a voicemail and then MAYBE you'll get a call back in a day if you're lucky. I've never been somewhere that makes me feel like a burden to them and a huge inconvenience in their day. Love love love him but again his staff isn't ruining or has already ruined the practice. Sad.”
