(October 11, 2016, 2:05 pm)The Yoga Place has changed my life. Every class I've taken so far has been calming, fun and completely accessible. I have been out of practice for more than a few years, but am amazed at how quickly my muscle memory has come back.
Being a bigger girl, I expected the awkwardness and stares that become synonymous with taking any kind of fitness class, but I have not once felt uncomfortable taking any classes here. The instructors are encouraging and want what's best for you and your body at all times. They modify positions for those with limited mobility and offer an insane variety of classes for every person.
I have never been happier with a yoga studio or yoga instructors. I am so glad I found The Yoga Place.

The Yoga Place offers a variety of yoga classes in a peaceful studio setting. Classes range from restorative to advanced with over 12 classes a week to choose from, including both mornings and evenings. All of our classes are based on the principles and philosophy of Hatha yoga. A variety of workshops and programs are also offered. Update listing
