I’ll call them with and issue and within minutes they’re calling me to set up a time for dispatch. They work with you and with an elderly mother, it’s always nice to have those who are understanding and are really about helping the customer. Choose them. You won’t be disappointed!
(January 16, 2020, 5:54 pm)Where to start. From friendly customer service, upfront and honest estimate price, willing to go above and beyond to provide a great customer service. Lancaster Plumbing and Heating is and will be my company to do business with. I’m very pleased to have my new furnace and ac unit installed by them. The installation crew is well trained and professional, clean and friendly. They also communicate well and attended to any concerns or questions I may had. From the Get go I knew I was going to use Lancaster Plumbing and Heating. The sales rep was very clear on the task at hand, he even took the time to clear some of my concerns, as a new owner I have plenty!. The financing was not an issue and it will pay it self of over time. The equipment they suggested and installed in my home has the best warranty on the market. Let’s be clear, you want the best and most efficient equipment out there, Lancaster plumbing and heating have it by far. What else can I say but Thank you y’all from Lancaster Plumbing and heating, your staff, from the lady on the phone to your installers great job. I would recommend your services to any person looking for an HVAC company.

(January 13, 2020, 3:09 pm)HIGHLY recommend Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical. We had a plumbing issue that needed resolved. They were straight to the point and they started with the easiest fix that cost the least. They have the technology of a commercial plumber such as cameras etc. with the customers service of a residential plumber. Meaning they are very nice to work with without the "big ticket" prices. Will use them again!
(December 29, 2019, 1:55 am)Ryan and Kenton were a great help in getting a plumbing matter inspected and evaluated. They provided different options for how to approach the problem since there are a couple different potential causes. They went above and beyond showing me plumbing tips and sharing knowledge and skills. Interactions such as this one are what keep me a satisfied customer of Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.
(December 23, 2019, 9:38 am)This company was so pleasant and helpful. I live out of state and needed a new toilet installed ASAP. I called them on a Friday and they were able to schedule an appointment for 10 am the next day. The man who came out was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We signed up for their maintenance contract which offers discounts and other great benefits. I highly recommend them.
