So far I've gotten all of my services done through their service center and I can say that I've always been treated very kindly and with respect each and every time I drive through those doors. They're waiting lounge is comfy and there's plenty of space if you want to relax, read, play on your Switch, whatever! They also have a fairly decent accessories area within the lounge. “UPDATE Mar 2021 Still stop by once a month for sandwich combo meal. Starting Mar 10th they will no longer require customers to wear a mask. Its optional. The store will still practice virus mitigation. 1st visit before 2020 sometime. Once a month I stop by after events in Sanger where we don't stop for lunch. So this is convenient on the way home to Plano. Same fare as any other Subway but better with a coupon like today. Only one guy on shift and he was kept busy. Much better with two on shift.”
