“I live approximately 15 minutes from Labadie Looms. I took my first lesson in weaving because a friend wanted to try weaving and I was hooked. Since then I have purchased a rigid heddle loom, a stand, spinning wheel, various accouterments, and yards and yards of wonderful hand-spun and/or hand dyed fibers. Donna, the owner, is the scion of generations of weavers. She is knowledgeable, personable and more about making a customer happy making a sale. “No one ever walks out of a Waffle House with great exclamations of how clean it is, but you do leave having experienced a waffle phenomenon. The combination of whatever magic goes into those waffles plus whatever sugar magic goes into that syrup is a breakfast/lunch/dinner game-changer! At this Waffle House, the staff is always friendly, the food is always fast, and the waffles are always life-changing. I used to come here with my recent ex-husband (we had irreconcilable differences over breakfast wait times) and we always had a great time. Maybe if we didn't stray from delicious and easy places like Waffle House, we'd still be together. Anyway, hey boys what's up.”

“Went for lunch/dinner for Mother's Day. Thank God they have call ahead seating. Our wait was two hours! That is what we figured it would be so we planned accordingly. We arrived at our set time and only had to wait a few minutes for our seats. Morgan was our waitress and she was great! They were very busy, but the service and food was great. They were well prepared for a busy day. Will be sure to go again.”
