“I used to rave about this place. Not anymore. So disappointed in this store’s customer service. Scale, mites and aphids are understandable to find on this place’s plants, as they are in every greenhouse...but live cockroaches!? I asked to speak with someone and I was told I would get a call back. I never did. All I wanted was refunded, as who wants to bring a house plant with cockroaches and eggs into their house? Always treat/repot your plants, people. Especially if you buy from here. Edit to review: esbenshade’s finally contacted me. The plant that contained cockroaches was actually grown in another facility and transported to them. They have apologized and even offered a refund. They have also stated they will be more cautious with plants shipped to them. The great customer service is still here. I understand everyone makes mistakes and I plan to continue purchasing from them.”
