My son unfortunately experienced a flat tire and needed one put on due to the fact he was headed out of town. Matt from Service told me to come right in and Tim greated and took care of me efficiently and quickly. Tim went out of his way to make things happen. Although they didn't have the right tire for him they put a tire on of equal quality to get my son through the weekend at no charge and said they will have a tire waiting for him when he returns.
I have never experienced such friendly helpful service, made my day a little brighter.

(January 20, 2020, 10:05 pm)10/10 Jones Honda is now my go-to! Dwayne(idk if this is the correct spelling) was OUTSTANDING!!! I HIGHLY recommend him! This was the first time I’ve ever been to a dealership to buy a car for myself, and he made the entire process easy & fast! My credit is not the best & he got me approved for an interest rate that was lower than what I expected! His manager (I unfortunately forgot his name) was also very helpful! I had a wonderful experience.

(January 19, 2020, 3:59 pm)This dealer went above and beyond. I had some personal issues to deal with with a past auto loan . They hand delivered the papers to the lawyer over an hour away . They found me exactly what I was looking for and got me financed quickly. Exceptional service ,communication, and understanding. 5 months later still loving my new to me Honda .
