(May 13, 2019, 1:17 am)Family has used this credit union for decades. I don't have much to compare them to others; but the negatives (that I notice) are:
-Issues with their mobile app (getting better 5/12/19)
-Night deposit box is not checked when they arrive there in the morning.
Updated 5/12/19- I used to have to call the next day, then they would check it. Since posting this originally, it seems they have took care of this issue)
-Cut way too many employees; thus hard to call them directly, get the right answers. (Also updated- has been much easier to get someone when calling)
Other than that, I still highly recommend LRRCU. They will help as best they can for loans, accounts, etc.
