They did a wonderful job preserving a pair of antique needlepoint that had been exposed to smoke from a defective space heater. They rematted the pieces and did some minor damage repairs for a reasonable price considering the expertise required. Thank you so much for a wonderful job and holding on to them for the ridiculous amount of time it took me to come in and pick them up.

(October 24, 2018, 2:02 pm)I had to ship a package at the UPS store which once a dollar for a piece of tape to close a box, a small box at that. I went next door to the frame up and asked if they could help me out which they probably did even though they had no expectation of a sale. That's what I call excellent customer service. I will definitely go out of my way to come here for my framing needs in the future
