I always have my guard up and did when I entered Keller Bros. Ford but it did not last for long. I was presently surprised at not only how knowledgeable and nice they were, but also how TRANSPARENT they were. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times and were honest with me. No games. Brad was our salesperson, and his knowledge and personable nature made us at ease. Tim was our F&I person and he was funny and not pushy.
