We have been members for many years. A great gym for hard core lifters. Very basic equipment, heavy weights plus women's classes, J Marconi hair salon on second floor!!!! (You cannot beat their prices for the GREAT quality hair services!!!!)
Great atmosphere with a helpful and enthusiastic staff. I always feel comfortable and the results I've gotten are great. Try them, you won't regret the decision!
