Warwick-to-Ephrata Rail-Trail Trailhead

7 mile trail from Lititz to Rt 322 Ephrata. About 85% is partial or full shade with 12 road crossings. Colorful art work on building walls near Akron with portions of the trail lit for after sundown use. Most of the trail is paved with some stone dust sections. The trail has a few short sections with a grade that will likely make bicyclists shift into a lower gear. There are several parking lots along the way for your vehicle.

Nice walkway very quiet and seren very pleasant

Excellent, brand new rail trail. This trail traverses beautiful farmland, crosses though woods, travels through small towns, and links two great downtown area. The trail is slightly rolling, but not at all steep. All the road crossings are marked with warning lights and signage for traffic. The most major road crossing uses a tunnel. There are portable toilets and rubbish bins spaced periodically along the trail. This is a great place to walk, run, or cycle!
