  Friends from church recommended Mike Skillman and their recommendation was enough for us to choose him. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He provided the answers we needed in a timely manner. He helped us understand what to expect in today's market, both with selling and buying a home. He gave honest opinions on homes, whether positive or negative, which really helped us in our decision making process. If I had to do it again, I would absolutely use Mike again. And I have no reservations with recommending him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

  Mike Skillman is a very honest and knowledgeable realtor. He talked us through all the details of selling our house and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Mike listened to our needs for price and all aspects of meeting our deadline for selling our house. Mike Skillman is also very brave when it comes to dealing with all the crazy dogs we have in our family:) Thank you Mike for helping us move, you did a great job!

  I was most grateful for Mike's honesty through our purchase process. Mike provided candid and honest insight on potential properties that kept us from making a poor choice. As a first time purchaser, I was unsure what to look for, but Mike provided thoughtful and sound assessments that were clearly founded in experience and knowledge. It would have been easy for a broker to stand aside and allow a buyer to take the first thing that came along, just to be done with it. But thankfully Mike helped steer us in the right direction, even though it took a little more time and effort.

  Mike was very helpful through the whole process since we had not purchased a house for 43 years He guided us in where to look and the price range that was best for us.
  
  This all went very smoothly. Mike helped us not get discouraged when we did not get the houses we bid on. He helped us make the best bid and with the right stipulations when our bid was finally accepted for the house we did purchase.
