  We have had two experiences in the last 2 weeks at Best Buy during which we received great service. Justin helped us today to make sure that we were set up with our laptop before we left the store. We had a challenge to work through and Justin was patient and went the extra mile to answer all of our questions and address our concerns. Fantastic service!

  I want to take a few minutes to compliment Paul from the Geek Squad on providing stellar customer service by understanding my concerns and taking the time to explain the routes we were going to pursue to address my situation. I was a little hesitant to bring my iPhone to Best Buy instead of the Apple Store for service, but this was a great experience with a great team (I spent some time with Blake also, who was great). I'd highly recommend, Paul, Blake, and the entire Geek Squad team for any Apple Service Needs.

  Josh A camera expert associate was very nice! He noticed me right away while I was looking at the cameras, and he helped me with all the questions I had. This Best Buy has very friendly and attentive staff. They’re also very prepared for Black Friday, very nice organization. Prefer this one over the Best Buy near my actual house.

  I went in looking for a new laptop for my wife to use for work. The laptop area was very busy and there was no one to help me with my selection. A very nice young man named Eric from the television department noticed us and offered to help. I'll be honest if it wasn't for Eric's help I would have just gone elsewhere to buy a new laptop. He was great and I'll go back if he's there to help me. Outstanding service! Give him a raise, he's worth it.

  Great office. Staff is friendly and kind. The doctor is very knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.

  Went today to get a graft put onto my gums and had a great experience with Dr. Taylor and Kierstin. They kept me calm and informed and pain free for the entire procedure and thoroughly explained what to do post-up. I will continue getting my periodontal work done at Lancaster Perio!
