(November 11, 2019, 1:28 pm)Awesome first time experience at the Petshotel! Friendly staff, every thing looked and smelled clean, and my dog was happy at pick up. I loved the report, so we knew how he did while there, and Koda loved his treats they sent home with us.

You were so kind to give me daily updates on my sweet baby. Such a relief off my mind during a stressful time for me. It took one worry off my mind. THANK YOU,THANK YOU. I also recommended your service to.the nursing staff and my case manager.
(October 22, 2019, 8:03 pm)I love this particular store the staff is always very nice. The people in the fish area ( where I normally spend my time in the store ) seem knowledgeable. The cat area is a little depresssing and smelly but I guess no more then any other place .

Large free parking lot with handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible.
(September 21, 2019, 2:34 pm)Forgive me for not remembering the name but the Gothic dressed person in the fish department was absolutely the most helpful associate I've ever had there. That being said I've never had a bad experience but this experience was so good and educational and friendly that it warranted me writing this review. It also goes to show that if you don't judge a book by its cover you never know what wealth of knowledge and friendliness you might find with in. Kudos.
