(February 24, 2020, 10:49 am)My fiance bought my ring here and El and Janine helped him find the perfect stone and setting. When I went back for resizing I was warmly welcomed, and the ring was sized quickly while I waited. They then help me find a watch for an engagement/valentines day gift. It's a beautiful Hamilton timepiece and he just loved it. They were so warm and inviting and made the shopping experience fun. Such a great team!
(February 12, 2020, 7:03 pm)My friend and I went to go watch shopping when I recommended him Brent L Millers. I bought a ring for my girlfriend a while ago and was pleased with the service. My friend Chaz Crust was interested with the glamorous Seiko watch, both classy and casual. The salesperson Allele was a fine looking gentleman and aided us throughout our purchases. We were skeptical at first, but as time went on we saw he is an honest yet funny salesman. Though it may be true that I can buy watches online for cheaper, one thing you can’t buy is customer satisfaction. Overall, I would consider buying the Gucci watch and would like to come back in the near future.
(October 30, 2019, 8:06 pm)I absolutely love this place! Store is beyond beautiful and the staff are the nicest and most helpful people! You definitely need to check this place out if you live any near Lancaster. Christmas is coming up so get in there and make someone or yourself happy this Holiday! Let them know Ryan Ensor Realtor, sent you in!! My Omega, Hamilton and Seiko watches go all over the world with me, and after I'm home, they go get cleaned up and checked out before the next adventure!
(October 25, 2019, 11:52 am)EL was wonderful! We had an amazing experience picking out our rings! EL knew exactly what we were looking for an made our experience so special! He is a Wonderful, positive and happy man who enjoys bringing happiness to everyone he meets! He is such an asset to the already great team at Brent L. Miller! I recommend El to everyone I meet! My son, and soon to be, daughter-in-law visited El and also bought their ring from him! They were Ecstatic when they saw the final design of the ring they chose! His caring and attention to detail to making each couple's experience special is truly a gift! Thank you again El and God Bless you!
(July 27, 2019, 5:21 pm)My fiance met with the engagement manager Danell who helped him pick my engagement ring and since that time, working with her has only become more wonderful! My fiance is an introvert and even he was raving to me about how incredible she was in helping him pick my ring (which is absolutely gorgeous, if I do say so myself). We both live in the Washington D.C. area, but will be getting married in Lancaster and we went back to check out wedding bands and we were so happy to share our engagement story with her! She was so enthusiastic and excited about our story and spent so much time helping us try on wedding bands to really find what we liked best. She even cleaned my engagement ring four (FOUR!) times so she could show me the quality of the diamond my fiance bought me under the microscope. Her attention to detail is only outshone by her beautiful heart and personality. Brent L. Miller is blessed to have her and we can't wait to come back in when we return to Lancaster!
My fiance had also checked out a few other jewelers in the area and in terms of atmosphere, customer service, prices, and quality, Brent L. Miller was a class above its competitors. They have an incredible selection to offer, but the true difference was in how much they actually cared. Rather than pressuring him into rings they wanted to sell, their only goal was to take the time to learn my fiance's preferences and find the ring he loved. 10/10 would recommend!
