Kristen, the director, not only knows every child’s name but also each child’s parents too, which just shows how much she cares about her job. The Kid Reports app that is used is amazing. I love that I am able to see when my daughter has a bottle, a diaper change, a nap, etc. It just provides so much peace of mind to see that my daughter is being taken care of.
