Toms Appliance Service

I called around 8:00 in the morning and Tom was at my house by 10:30. We were able to turn our Bosch dryer on, but it wouldn't function. After 1 1/2 hours of trying to even get to the issue (it was a simple drum belt), he was able to diagnose it quickly and fix the issue. It took so long to even get to the drum because of the way Bosch assembled it. He said that had it been a different dryer he would have had it done in 5 minutes. He was very helpful and professional and very reasonable as far as price. We will definitely be using him in the future for our appliance repair. Thanks Tom!
