When there was a slight manufacturing defect they quickly had it fixed with no problem going beyond my expectation. They are honest, hardworking people.
(September 17, 2019, 4:17 pm)I was incredibly impress and very happy with my experience at Big Crack. They were flexible enough to work around my schedule where other places were not. They worked extremely fast and replaced my windshield in half the time another place required. They are cheaper than Safelite. And more than anything, the customer service was outstanding. Their kindness was evident from the time I walked in, and their hospitality the entire time I waited was great. If I ever need my windshield replaced again I will certainly come back here.
