  I have been going there for more than 20 years. Never have had any problems. They are the best Ford dealer in this area. Service is excellent and every time we purchased a vehicle there they were very fast. You go to Chapman Ford you spend many hours there. Its sad to see that someone else took over. Hopefully they will be just as good as the Wade family was.

  Yes, it can be more expensive for service compared to an independent mechanic. But I never feel that they push unnecessary work and are very easy to talk to.

  I took my truck in for a small repair and an inspection. The emloyees are very professional and polite. Definitely will be going back.
