They are very knowledgeable and provided practical, economic and esthetic guidance throughout the entire design and installation process. We got our dream see-thru fire place with floor to ceiling stack stone surrounds and two custom designed and built mantles for less than we were previously quoted for a single sided fireplace. They were willing to go the extra mile to get every detail right. I could not be happier with the experience we had working with the personable and professional staff at LanChester.”
