(March 1, 2019, 2:16 pm)The care that my father receives from the by your side staff has been excellent. They have created a bond between him and them. I'm provided with peace of mind while I am at work. They always notify me if anything changes in his health.
My father's hospice social worker helped us find an agency in our area since I was having trouble finding a available caregivers to come to our area.

(March 1, 2019, 10:19 am)After experiencing one home care company, I decided to try ByYourSide. I was looking for someone to care for my wife 6 days a week for 8-9 hours to give me some time for myself. BYS set up a couple women for the first few days, so that I could pick who I liked. The first person they sent was truly an outstanding individual. She helped with hygiene, feeding, taking walks, all in a very caring manner, so much so that I called the office and told them not to send anyone else. The first one was the one I wanted full time. She even folded our laundry!
