They were great at helping me decide what phone I wanted and explaining the various benefits of the different iPhone 11’s. The checkout/order process was efficient and simple. Can’t wait to come back in here to pick up my phone!
(August 25, 2019, 10:11 am)The employee was very knowledgeable and served us as quickly as he could. The problem was the store was very busy, and he tried to keep all customers happy by serving them, going back and forth between customers. This resulted in a much longer time to take care of our business. (3 hours,)He was by himself , and said another employee had an emergency and had to leave. AT&T needs to have a manager on call to avoid this.

(717) 568-2166. 3 Reviews. Good luck with this store. Every time I go there is only one employee and minimum two customers waiting. Several times I've tried to get help and wait 15 Or more minutes and end up leaving.
