I do not tend to return items, but when the clerk heard about it on my following visit she said I should bring it back. The unit was exchanged and the owner insisted on giving me a pair of batteries so I had a matching set. They are friendly, helpful, honest about their products, engaging but respectful if you just need some time (or are indecisive like me). I will not shop anywhere else!”
