This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work.
