“I've owned Mazdas for years now - mainly because they are so fun to drive, but also I'm preferring them more and more because of the quality of service. Although their service has always been good, it just continues to get better. The building has been beautifully remodeled and now the service area opens into the showroom, and has a very nice waiting area - big improvement from the prior set-up. But it's always people that matter at the end of the day, and I've always found every person I've interacted with at Lancaster Mazda to be friendly and professional. In particular my wife and I always seem to get Todd (Coyle) in the Service dept, and Todd is always the consummate professional. Not only nice, but extremely accommodating, and always explains everything clearly - he is for sure a huge asset to Lancaster Mazda.”
