“Our van decided it wouldn't start and we were right down the street from this store. We figured it was the battery. When we got to the store and explained what was happening, the gentleman at the counter said he wasn't convinced it was the battery and didn't want to sell us something we didn't need. We also showed him a picture of the battery which he noticed should still be under warranty. Conclusion: we called a towing service who determined it wasn't the battery, but another issue. Bottom line: the staff here are educated and professional. Highly recommend!”

Not only did they call the fire department, they surrounded the car and made sure she didn't run towards the road, gave her a free examination, and let us know to bring her back any time if there were any complications. They calmed me down during one of the most terrifying moments of my life and made sure Ladybug was clean and healthy before we took her home.”
