The initially couldn’t get me in until Tuesday, but a spot opened up and Joel called me back saying they were able to fit me in. He came out to my home at 9pm on a Sunday night. Saw, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in under 45 minutes. Price was also decent! Joel was extremely respectful and helpful, explaining things I should know and do as a new home owner.
