“I've been attending Sheehan Nutrition and Chiropractics for approximately 20 weeks. With a botched gastric by-pass from 2000, no one would help me with my nutritional needs. That is until I met Dr. Keith Sheehan. He began treating me right away and within 2 and a half weeks I started actually being able to evacuate without running to the restroom to which I have been doing for the past 18 years. It has always been humiliating and embarrassing. Now, I don't have to worry about that problem. Although digestion is a struggle, Dr. Sheehan is a champ and never gives up. He's patient, kind, and even enjoys a little teasing. Dr. Jenn Green is a wonderful chiropractor. She is adaptable with her time, quick, efficient and her skill is "on point". I always walk away feeling like a new person. She is always so positive and offers great advice along with a good "crack". Lol. Mrs. Laura Sheehan is a gentle being with a whole lot of love and devotion towards her passion of meeting the higher needs of people through massage, Apn, and so many other skills. However, to be honest, my favorite part of Laura is our deep discussions and sometimes silly laughter. I chose to see Laura due to a previous pseudo-head tumor and then a serious concussion to which has left me with intense headaches, without : short-term memories,ability to make proper choices, reading of social ques, and many more challenges. This is where Laura has been helping me take each step slowly and yes sometimes with fear but I always know I have my friend by my side. Not to exclude anyone: the greeting staff, secretary, and even the silent tech support are always so wonderful when you open the door and they greet you with a smile. They try to accommodate your every need and keep you going in the right direction. Lol. These are some of my favorite people in Lancaster. “Last year my Aunt moved into Evergreen Estates later than planned after an unexpected hospital stay. The Director, Charity, was so kind and helpful staying in contact with me to help with the transition. The staff helped by being very welcoming and assisting my Aunt to adjust to her new home. When I visited my Aunt, I felt welcomed by all the staff who always addressed any resident they met in the halls by name. This past February, my Father moved into Evergreen Estates. Again, the staff were very welcoming and respectful to my Father's personal choice to not immediately join in activities as he had recently become a widower. As a family member supporting my Dad, I have been very pleased that when we approached Erika, the Head of Nursing, with questions, she was always pleasant, willing to discuss any questions and help in anyway she or her assistants could. Evergreen provides a safe and caring, family atmosphere for their residents. Sherran Payne”

“We met with several contractors for a bathroom / laundry remodel project, and we chose Bear Bones for their professionalism. Nate had helpful insight on design and suggested functional solutions for our space. He was very responsive throughout the process and I appreciated the invoice and payment options. Nate and his team members at Bear Bones were respectful when they were onsite and I appreciated how they tidied up at the end of the day. The end result is wonderful, with high quality pieces and fixtures. He was able to address everything from plumbing, to drywall, to custom wood work, to painting. And as we wrapped up the project, it was great to get an itemized invoice through Nate's professional software. A nice addition would be if the client could have access to those line items and details throughout the project to add notes as things go to keep up with the project timeline. We were able to text Nate consistently, which was our key to success, but a system for it too would just be the cherry on top. I would definitely consider using Bear Bones for future projects.”
