“Overall, Mastropietro and Associates are a caring, friendly health care practice. The doctors there are Very kind and professional in the advancement of good medical care and treatment. Also in expediting care and treatments for their patients. It's a clean facility with a basic lab work available depending on what your policy allows. Same day appointments are available if you don't mind being seen by a another doctor or a P.A. occasionally, with generally your own doctor available the same day if you call to schedule as soon as they open for an urgent sick visit usually before 9:00am. M-F. You are seen quickly with little to no wait about 10 minutes from your scheduled time. On call doctors/after hours care are mostly responsive but you have to call twice for the answering service if they're busy. Their receptionist staff I feel are exceptionally personable, professional and compassionate especially for those with chronic health issues and other medical concerns. Their politeness and protection in keeping your information private makes you feel better after being greeted and having your needs addressed with genuine concern and respect. The nursing staff are wonderful too and bilingual and take extra time to listen to you complain about feeling sick insuring to pass along the message to your doctor so your needs will helped faster. They're great with babies and children too! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking excellent health care. They take most all insurances even state insurance. ”

I greatly appreciated. They also have a phone emergency for after hours if you need a on call doctor to talk after they close . Nurses are very kind as well the doctors. My favorite is Dr.Brown he is very kind and courteous and takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. He is very patient and a great doctor.”
