Jeff is the greatest. Godly man cares about every ones fitness. I like the 24/7 day a week open times. All the members look out for one another. Safe place for kids to work out.

Definitely a community-based fitness program. Jeff takes the time to orient everyone to all the machines that they're interested in. Great choice of equipment and it's open 24 hours.

Jeff Smiley is the best trainer/ motivationalist you could ask for. He will back you up on anything you set your mind to. He also has created a very friendly lifting environment that everyone should consider becoming a part of. He has the newest and cleanest equipment and owns the best gym in Lawrence county by far.

Best and newest equipment by 20 years. Owner is personable. The gym-goers put weights back and are respectable. The place does not stink and sink into your cloths. Its worth the 5-10 min extra drive for me If your considering gyms come here first.

JDS Fitness is best gym in Lawrence County, PA by far. The owner, Jeff Smiley, built it himself from the ground up and put countless hours into preparing it for the community. This fitness center has the best exercise equipment from Hoist and other major companies. When walking into this gym you feel energized and ready to exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Oh, and of course Jeff Smiley is there to help you with every step of the way and help you achieve your goals, all you have to do is ask! I strongly recommend this gym for its cheap prices for the superb equipment and knowledge JDS provides. It is a great fitness center for families and simple regulars who want to live a better lifestyle.
