Great doctors. Staff always pleasant and kind. Always do their best to get me right away if I’m having an issue with my eyes. Been going to them for quite a few years.

We ended up here on a whim when our previous eye doctor stopped taking our insurance and we needed an appointment rather quickly. Everyone else I called was booked out a year and we were able to get in here in about a month. I wasn’t expecting much, just a regular old office with all the basics. However, the office is cleaning and inviting, the exams are thorough, and the staff is all friendly. Specifically Ron, who took his time and made several great recommendations to my 8 year old daughter who was born with a condition called microtia, leaving her with only a small amount of cartilage for her left ear. He assured me we would find her something she liked and would make them work her for. She was able to pick out a regular pair of glasses she loves and when it came time for fitting, they took their time to make sure she would be comfortable in her new glasses without them slipping or being loose. I can’t thank them enough for making something I was so worried about such a seamless process. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Berkely always does a great job on all aspects of the appointment. Their eye exams are thorough, they take their time, and they explain every step along the way. Their patience with glasses, contacts always make you feel comfortable. Our entire family goes to Berkely and they are fabulous with kids. I highly recommend Berkely.

What a great experience from the time I walked in til the time I walked out! Customer service was 100%!!! Very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, helpful, thoughtful and I could keep going on! If anyone is looking for an eye doctor, THIS is where you need to go!!!

The office is always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Our whole family goes here and we love it. It was a whole office approach today to achieve a goal for my son and they did it! Thanks for everything.
