My experience at Duke's was absolutely phenomenal. My first impression with going to this armory was that it's clean, staff is friendly and pricing is absolutely on point. I've been to many armories and I have purchased many guns, ammunition, etc, and It always seems that when I leave those other armories that I feel that I have been overpriced and lied too. I first called Duke's to see if they would help me mount my scope and provide me with with proper rings as I just left another armory where I bought my scope and they were so prone on selling me a scope, they sold me the wrong rings and a few other wrong parts. After my phone call, the gentleman said absolutely bring it in and we'll find you something that works best. I brought my gun in and the young gentleman behind the counter brought me multiple options and provided me insight on which one would work best for my objective. After we identified the right hardware he was able to mount the scope test it quite a few times to ensure it sat right with me and then aligned everything correctly. The service was absolutely fantastic in addition to that, I also end up buying a case where he then he proceeded to help me outline my gun and drop it in. If I could say anything this is like the Chick-fil-A of armories they do everything on point because of their exceptional service the only thing they missed was my pleasure hahah. I will have to say I give them a 10 out of 10 easy. Every single staff member in there was so eager to help and assist and very knowledgeable. I will probably not go anywhere else and to all the staff that works there, you all are great and continue to conduct your business honestly.

I found Dukes online when looking for a specific rifle. They had the item I was shopping for at a great price. I did a quick search online to make sure they're a safe place to shop and made my purchase with confidence. I was not expecting to get a shipping confirmation the next day. Turns out my local gun shop is incredible as well and sent over all needed delivery instructions within a few hours after contacting them.
