“I bought my bike from NCHD in July of 2020, and the process was painless and I felt taken care of. In the fall of 2021, I had them install a new cam. A few weeks ago, the engine started making a noise. I called them when I got back from vacation to see if they could get me in because I was leaving for a trip 11 days later. They were booked for 9 days, but they said if I dropped it off they would get it in if they had time. 5 days later, two of which they were closed, I called to check in and they had good news. Not only had they identified the issue, but they had the parts in stock to repair it. The next day, the day of writing this, the bike was ready. I can't say enough about their commitment to getting people back on the road quick and their professionalism from start to finish. A customer for life.”
