  Our family has been involved with Family Karate for 19 years. My son started at 3.5 years old and is now 22 and a 4th degree Black belt. My 20 year old daughter is a 1st degree BB. She took some time off and has recently returned. Family Karate was and is part of my village. As we now foster we put all our kiddos in class. The confidence, focus, Respect (for self and others) helps to rebuild them and pull them away from the trauma they experienced.
  
  Martial Arts is SO much more than a sport or activity. It is a positive environment for students and family. Core values are taught along with the physical skills.

  I take both karate and kickboxing here and love it! Every single instructor is kind and helpful and genuinely cares about helping each individual do their best. Every class is a solid workout and the instructors will work with you one-on-one before/after class of you have questions or need help with something. There's a good mix of adults, teens, and kids that attend each class and there are a lot of classes to pick from to fit into your schedule. I highly recommend checking out the studio if you're interested in martial arts and/or kickboxing!

  I take Family Karate’s weekly cardio kickboxing class and love it! It’s always a solid, high-energy workout! Olivia Naum is a great instructor who puts good thought and coordination into her routines, making them intense, yet fun, and easy-to-follow. The rest of the staff at Family Karate is always very welcoming and kind. A great family-friendly studio in North Lebanon!

  My son was a student in the Pee Wee program, All Star Program and graduated to the TKD classes where he eventually earned his first degree Black Belt. The children's program is one of the best in the area. The instructors work with you and your learning needs. They make learning TKD fun while still teaching the art and discipline of Tae Kwon Do. The facility is very clean and the environment is very friendly for all ages. Outside of the TKD classes, the school does multiple events through out the year to get kids and families involved. The owner of the studio is very skilled and knowledgeable and always willing to talk to you about trouble you may have with learning something in class. The studio and owner have been in the community for over 30 years. He definitely knows what it takes to have a successful school.

  It’s honestly the best karate studio in the area. I spent 15+ years here, not just learning the art of taekwondo, but growing as a person and as a family with my fellow students. This place has given me so much, grown me mentally and physically, and become a home. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
