“Vents for the commercial dryers were completely plugged with lint on the outside front of the hotel. Not a good first impression both from a maintenance standpoint and a safety standpoint. I made note of it to the front desk and by the time we left two days later nobody had still done anything about it. While the rooms were rather nice I will give it a little bit of a negative comment because housekeeping missed all the hair that was on the wall of the shower bath tub combo. And while the food at the breakfast buffet was warm and a good variety the person maintaining it did not do a good job of keeping the food coming and many times it was out and people were waiting.”
