LVHN ExpressCARE–Macungie

I visited there for the first time yesterday. I found everyone to be very courteous. Wait time was not long and most important when I was taken back to the room, I was taken care of immediately. Rachel was very knowledgeable and allowed time for questions. As a nurse I was very pleased with how my needs were addressed and met. I don’t remember the nurse’s name but she was great. I would definitely recommend going there. Since my PCP is part of LVHN it was nice that my information was readily available for them, again saving time.

Called early to see if appointments necessary receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful. I was called back within 5 mins of arrival, the Male nurse was professional and knowledgeable . I was seen by a P.A who took proper time with me asking questions and learning my history and medical complaints. My nurse thoroughly reviewed meds and take home documents and kindly saw me to the exit. This was one of the cleanest, courteous and best Dr. appointments I have had in years. Have been seen at this location twice in the past month and got excellent, convenient care. Ashley and Pat were awesome. Ashley made my daughter comfortable for her first time getting a strep test. We were seen promptly on a Sunday morning. Great job, Ashley and Pat! And the office staff, too, who were ready to open right on time. Office is clean and comfortable.
