(February 1, 2018, 8:12 pm)I was disappointed that it took two full months for the order to be ready for installation. I was not given a time to expect the installers to come and was finally called to say they wouldn't make it that day. I had taken a vacation day for the following day and again got a call to cancel because of the weather rescheduling for the coming Saturday. That team showed up after I called to see where they were. Their performance was satisfactory. Late Monday I received a call offering Wednesday to finish the job. Not having a Saturday available soon I was forced to take an additional vacation day in order to see the job completed. The second team had a third member and finished in a shorter time. Upon completion they went through the motions of cleaning the windows. On closer inspection I still had to wash them to my satisfaction. The lead installer took the serial number of the previously installed window that needs to be replaced and assured me I would hear about the replacement under the warranty. I still have not heard anything about it.
We are satisfied with the windows. I would give the entire process a B-. -

(January 23, 2018, 7:01 pm)Replaced original patio door, replacement is a definite upgrade, moves so smoothly and closes solidly. Sometimes it is a bit hard to flip the lock switch open. Door also not completely aligned with the frame, seen when opening the top is still overlapping with the frame while the bottom part of the door is past the frame and open. The installer left black streak marks in the white caulk. And it took 3 months from contract signing to the door finally being installed. For those reasons subtracted a star.
*EDIT*: Window World sent out a guy to adjust the door, turns out there were several other things wrong with the installation, but they fixed the misalignment and cleaned the black marks in the caulking. Waiting on parts to complete the repair. Seems I just had bad luck with my initial installation but they are making it right. -

(January 10, 2018, 9:32 am)I was very pleased with the new windows that were installed. The 2 installers answered any questions that l had and were very professional and courteous. I would recommend window world for replacement windows!
