If they want to cook in their own kitchens, they can, but they also have an option to join others so they do not need to eat or #feelalone. Residents are permitted to have their own vehicles, yet if they do not want the upkeep of a vehicle or they do not feel like driving, there is transportation provided so the residents do not feel like they loose their independence ...
