“We like having a suite, especially for longer stays. The living room offers a comfortable place to sit and watch TV where many hotel rooms don't even have a comfortable chair. The fact that the bedroom can be closed off from the living room insulates guests that much more from noise in the hall. I did notice hall noise while in the living room, however, and the outside road noise was also noticeable. It seemed to be less so in the bedroom, though maybe that was just my imagination.”

“Some of their younger techs are not very professional or hardworking but the more experienced ones are wonderful. Jacque has been taking care of our home for three years now and he not only does excellent work but he feels like part of the family. He goes the extra mile and makes sure the job is done right. Before we got Jacque, we had several younger guys come out who were just not up to par. The one put his foot through our ceiling but the VP did come out and compensated us for the damage. The prices are fair and if you think there is a chance you might need them at least once a year, you should sign up for their quarterly service and save a lot of money. The girls in the office are also very friendly.”
