He took care of my mother the last 6 years when her multiple physical conditions were exacerbated by vascular dementia. He listens, answers questions, carefully reviews all possibilities, and has a gentle demeanor. He also greatly helped us family members by taking calls, even after hours, advising how to handle the situation at home, or if she needed medication or further medical care. We were comforted in knowing as her health continued to deteriorate, she had the best care possible. These last few months especially, we called the office often with questions and concerns and fears, and the staff was very good too. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.”
