(February 7, 2019, 5:19 pm)We had a flooding issue and we needed to get the furnace checked out to make sure that it was working properly. All Mechanical came out even though they had a lot of calls that day (everyone was flooding). They were quick and efficient. While here a (non-essential) pipe busted and they needed to special order the piece. They did, and came back to fix it all in a timely manner, as well as a plumbing issue I thought of after setting up a time for the pipes to be fixed. They were able to fix both the same day, came out the day before to see what I was talking about to make sure they had the parts for that as well. They were on time, polite, well mannered, efficient and very knowledgeable of their job. I will definitely be calling them again if we have any plumbing or heating needs.

(January 22, 2019, 3:26 pm)Our furnace broke down and Jeremy (technician) came within the hour. He even brought space heaters for us to use for the weekend since we needed a new furnace and they have to order it. They installed the new furnace within the week. Everyone was so nice and professional, from the receptionist to the owner. Highly recommended!

(February 28, 2018, 6:14 pm)We picked this service based on their ratings and reviews and we were not disappointed! They were able to come out and assess our situation in a timely manner and really took their time diagnosing the problem. The consultation was a very reasonable flat fee. The first technician wanted to be 100% certain he found the proper issue with our boiler and called in another technician for a second opinion (at no additional charge). They pinpointed the issue, wrote up a very reasonable quote, and were able to order the necessary parts and fix the issue within 48 hours. I wish I remembered names but I do not. Everyone we dealt with was far nicer than expected and I would say this is hands down the BEST customer service experience I have had in this area in quite some time. Everything was seamless from the initial phone call to the finished product. One thing that may seem small to some was the fact that the technicians put these boot covers over the soles of their shoes. We have a shoes off policy (which I did not intend to force upon these guys) and I was happy to see that they cared about not leaving behind a mess. Would definitely recommend/use again!
