She knows whats she talking about, very knowledgable to help you find the best fit for whatever your need is. I will never buy cheap shoes again. They have stylish comfortable shoes. Have gotten many compliments on them. Super nice people. Highly recommend.

Jay, Mary, and the gang make walking into the store like going to visit good friends. On a typical visit, I can spend hours trying on shoes and playing in the Brighton section---shoes, and jewelry, and purses, OH MY!!! Their selection of Brighton, Ugg, Birkenstock, Dansk and others beats any store around. And when was the last time you were professionally measured and fitted for a pair of shoes? Jay and his trained staff know their trade and know their products so that you will be fitted with the correct size shoe. They provide exceptional, personalized customer service with custom orders and phone orders. Humphreys is the only place I shop for shoes, and it is well worth the hour-long trip to get there. They have great sales, too!
