Can't beat honesty in the auto business. Chuck won't sell you a filter if you don't need it. He won't charge for a light bulb when he finds it was just unplugged. He's helped me pick out a reliable car based on what I'd be using it for. Helps me save money wherever possible (I can even buy & bring in my own motor oil). He lives and breathes cars. Don't underestimate the smaller garage; would recommend him to ANYone.
