“So I will say that I can’t speak to the service dept other than the fact that the 2015 X1 I bought was very well serviced. But if you are looking for a sales team that will work hard for you and do whatever they can do to put you in a beautiful car, then choose these guys. The whole team I dealt with, led by Billy and Dan, was responsive, enormously helpful, friendly, and stand by the purchase long after you’ve left. I drove 5 hours down to Wilkes Barre to buy an X1, all the way from the Boston area (no shortage of BMW dealerships here) because 1. They had the exact car I wanted, 2. They had it at a great price and 3. I was just so impressed with the no-pressure sales team. Honestly, when it’s time to trade this one in, I’ll be back, despite the drive. I am beyond pleased with my buying experience and my vehicle. I had a TERRIBLE experience with my last dealership experience here in MA but these guys answered every question, understood all my hesitations and were patient and treated me like I was a friend of theirs coming in, rather than just another way for them to make money. “Yes, it does seem expensive. The clothes wear well and wash well. I’ve even gotten 2yrs out of pants and polos. I even washed their white polos with bleach and the colored embroidery didn’t run. I have twin boys that aren’t delicate on their clothes either.”
